Sales Assistant & Client Guide

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant & Client Guide

In our world, sales don’t mean reading a practiced pitch off a prewritten script. It doesn’t mean getting a list of phone numbers that will haunt you until it’s finally time for lunch.
At YossiG, this role is about guiding.
We’re not here just to win the sale. We’re here to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our clients. We show our value and service before any money discussion takes place. We help our clients and earn their trust. It’s never about the here and now—it’s always about the bigger picture and their better future.

Your job is to assist the design and sales team in guiding clients through the journey with clarity, care, and coordination.
You’ll drive the process, not the close.
You’ll never work alone.
The entire team at YossiG is invested in your success. Every person who works here will celebrate your wins and push you up just another rung of the ladder—and then another, and another after that. Because here, we’re not afraid of heights, and we relish the climb.

That’s our promise to you.
But what do we want in return?

We want an insatiable hunger. A hunger to learn about our customer and how to support a luxury sales experience. A hunger to reach beyond what’s expected and then deliver. A willingness to be an integral part of a strong team while building your own empire. We want you to learn everything about design and even more about our people. How to treat them. How to interact with them. How to become their ally throughout the journey and beyond. How to assist but not hover. Communicate, but not nudge. Articulate, but not overstep.
We will trust you, and you will trust the process so our clients can trust the journey.
You won’t just be an assistant. You’ll be essential to the team, to the process, and to the client’s experience.
Your success will be ours, and our success will be yours.
