Procurement Specialist
Job Description :
We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist:
At YossiG, a Procurement Specialist isn’t just someone who tracks shipments or fills purchase orders.
You are the calm beneath the chaos. The conductor behind the curtain.

You speak fluent vendor, designer, and logistics, and you can translate between them all with grace.
You’ll be the point person from the moment an item is specified to the moment it’s styled into place.
You’ll source pieces from across the world and still know which crate got delayed because of a warehouse mix-up in New Jersey.
You’ll juggle budgets, balance spreadsheets, and still remember that the custom marble side table needs to arrive before the sofa.
You’ll work hand in hand with our design team to ensure every item aligns with the design intent.
You’ll update the team, flag delays, resolve issues, and coordinate white-glove delivery with the ease of someone who doesn’t panic under pressure, but performs.

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.

WHO YOU ARE:
● Experience in procurement: ideally 3–5+ years in interior design, architecture, orhigh-end furnishings.
● A solid understanding of FF&E, custom fabrication, finishes, lighting, and the importance of beautiful things arriving on time
● You’re organized to a fault, proactive by nature, and you never assume someone else is on it
● You know your way around procurement/project management software (Studio Designer, Design Manager, Ivy, Monday.com, etc.)
●You’re collaborative, communicative, and careful with every detail
● You respect a budget and still know how to push for excellence
● A solid understanding of FF&E, custom fabrication, finishes, lighting, and the importance of beautiful things arriving on time
● You’re organized to a fault, proactive by nature, and you never assume someone else is on it
● You know your way around procurement/project management software (Studio Designer, Design Manager, Ivy, Monday.com, etc.)
