Design Manager Job Description :
We’re looking for a Design Manager:
Don’t let the word Design Manager get to your head. Design Manager means you have the confidence minus the ego.
We’re looking for someone that is steeped in the world of design.
Someone that has some impressive projects tucked firmly under their belt with lots of room for more to join.
Someone that can handle large scale projects and high stress clients.
Someone with the backbone to make big decisions and the knowledge to back it up.
Someone that can lead a team and control their quality.
Someone that takes pleasure in design and pride in teaching others.
Someone that can switch off from residential to commercial with no transition.
Someone that is familiar with the terms and savvy with the codes.
Someone that understands that design is a lot more than pretty fabrics and glossy swatches.
Someone that wants a career yet wants to be part of something bigger than themselves.
Someone with a strong past and an even stronger future.
If you crossed the line from starry eyed creative to established professional, reach out. And don’t let our high expectations deter you. We’re human too.
